We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.And then you have a further 14 days in which to return the items to us.
Good to know: How to make a Return and Refund
1 You need to start a return within 14 days of receipt of your order, you then have a further 14 days in which to return the item(s) to us. All orders can be returned by post using the delivery service of your choice. To request a return, please use our online returns service.
2 We offer subsidised returns to all UK-based customers. A postage fee of £2.99 (Evri) will be deducted from your refund per returned parcel

Enter your surname or postcode (must match your delivery information), and your email address to receive your Evri return label.

Pack your item securely and print out the return label (either at home or at a local Evri drop-off point).

Take your parcel to an Evri return point and keep the receipt safe as proof of return.

Your return and refund will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the item. A £2.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4 All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached. Once we've received and checked your items, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 days.We’ll send you an email to confirmwhen your refund has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If an item is faulty or incorrect. Please use our online returns service to notify us of your return and ensure this is within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
